How do I monetize my niche Facebook page?

I created a page a bit ago and with some help from some people here I was able to increase the number of likes and shares per post quite a bit.

The page is now at 12,426 likes gaining 150 - 250 new likes daily.

The average number of unique views per post is 2,700 with an average number of post likes of 200 and about 30 post shares on average.

The niche is pets, animals and cute things. Mainly it has been pets but when I posted a link to a cute item a while back (when the page at 8,000 likes) it got 10 clicks.

The main thing I have been happy about with the page is the breakdown of fans by location (seen below).

6,469
United States of America
1,627
Canada
1,231
India
998
Italy
862
United Kingdom
666
France

I was thinking of using Amazon affiliate links to things like cute cat books or something along those lines but I don't think it will convert well.

The other thought I had in the back of my head was selling status updates but as the page is pretty niche I am not sure if it will make sense.

Any advice/ideas will be GREATLY appreciated.

Note: please PM me for the page URL, I am not sure if I should be posting it publicly.

EDIT: Also does anyone know of a good social media analytics program like SproutSocial but maybe a bit cheaper? I remember seeing one some time back but I cant seem to find it again.

Cpa offers can do wonders for you as filling a simple opt-in form is something many people will do if your fanpage is actually interesting.

You can ask people to opt-in in exchange for a chance to get some freebies and there is a good chnce that people will fill in those cpa offers.

Try and also get the same people to sign up on your autoresponder so that you can send them other interesting affiliate offers.

Tie up with local pet shops and post pics of dogs for adoption etc.

After sale, take the commission from the pet shop.

Thanks for the ideas HarrieB, I am not sure if I can do the local aspect since I dont want to pay any more than 1 cent per like with Facebook ads lol (Im spoiled with 0.3 cents right now).

But the CPA offers is something I didnt think about, I had affiliate sales on my mind for some reason. But CPA would be much easier to have convert.

I hear the cpa offers work best like Harrie said but I have more success with amazon.

You could also contact a local pet shop see if they sell online. If they do offer them advisement on your fanpage. Example: For $50 I will make a post of site for 3 times a week for a entire month. Something like, be sure that it converts for them. IF it doesn't they will have no reason to come back to you for more.

Status update selling will be a hands free income. If you price it well, let's say little amount per week, I can continually be your customer. Let me see the Fan Pages through PM.
