Can you still url shorten amazon on fb /twit/youtube?

I'm wondering if there are still any legit and working url shorteners around for direct linking an amazon affiliate link on facebook / or twitter.

PS : seeking for confirmation - posting amazon links on youtube descriptions is not allowed and will result into a youtube ban. -posting a link on your channel sidebar. safe or not safe ?

    Have a big description like 300-400 words and link to a couple of places.
    It is perfectly safe. Just do not spam!!

      Perhaps have a youtube link example with such long description with an affiliate link :O?

      I'm still a little scared after googling youtube accounts banned without a warning after posting affiliate links. Not 100% sure if its worth the risk on a respectable account with some subscribers
