If you follow the best, which I am sure many of you do, you learn from them. When I think of the best on Facebook I think of George Takei.
https://www.facebook.com/georgehtakei

His page makes a great case study on how to do Social Media right.
Not sure how to get fans?
Not sure what to post?
Just look over his page and you will get ideas. All you have to do is tailor it to your niche.

He is by far the most active page for engagement in my newsfeed.

Thought I would share for those who have not seen his page.

So do you have a page or pages you feel are worth following to learn best practices and see what works and what doesn't? Share them below.

Agreed, he's got one of the highest engagement anywhere.
Another one in the humor niche is http://www.facebook.com/TheGoodLordAbove
Though he has a style all of his own.

Sound advice. Learn from the best!

    Hi Guys!

Do you think pages like those which are mainly about funny stuff can make money other than just selling status updates?

Any ideas strategies you guys have used that worked?

That guys is a celeb already, most fan pages like that have their audience assured. I work for the average middle size company that is stepping in cold Facebook waters for the 1st that is where the real social media challenge starts..!
