Competitor Trying to Sabotage my YouTube Channel!

Hey Warriors

I'm a little worried and needed advice, basically one of my competitors (not sure exactly who) is writing spammy comments on other peoples videos which are actually promoting my channel, and then using botting software to thumb it up until it's top comment.

At first I was actually grateful for the exposure but now I believe this is a deliberate attempt to get my channel banned for spamming!!!

Will YouTube assume that it's me doing this on other accounts?

I wouldn't ever risk getting my channel banned I worked too damn hard on it

    • The comments are not on my videos, they are on other peoples videos...

      They are basically trying to make it look like I am using comment bots on hundreds of videos to promote my channel
  • Wow!! I am really curious to know the answer to this, because I am sure it has happened to me before, I had a couple of youtube channels banned and it said it was for spamming techniques of promotion...

    • Have you contacted Youtube with this issue?
      I think it's pretty believable if you tell them someone is promoting your channel with thumbs up bots in order to get your channel banned.

  • Just ignore it nothing will happen its not your fault & you are rite by telling them you will bring this thing in there notice....And may those comments & thumbs up to them are real people are really finding your channel useful !
  • You can contact youtube about it. This is some kind of nerve calling. Inform youtube support support about your problem. And I also think that you can't be banned. Youtube traces IP too.
  • Contact Youtube, and make them aware of the spam, this way they will know it`s not your doing. You have to be careful.
