  • Dont SPAM !
    Rule no1.

The best method, in my opionion, is just posting great content, and keep posting it.
After you have built a solid page, you should get some great headers / profile pictures.

Then you can start to get your users. How?

Ask similar sites for partnerships, Ive brought always like 1k likes from fiverr for 5$ which helped me, to get some deals.

You could message similar sites with just 500 Likes, but as you have more, the owner would partner with you. He doesnt know, your likes are "botlikes".

    Good luck )

    • The best way to generate traffic on Facebook is to use Facebook's ad platform! I know that this isn't the answer that you were looking for, but let me explain.

Over the past month or so we've been doing quite a lot of tests and we have learned that the best way to drive traffic using Facebook is to have these three things:
      1. Fanpage
      2. Post on your page that contains an image and CTA
      3. Advertising budget

What you want to do initially is to build up your fanpage: add some images, posts, videos from YouTube related to your niche and etc. In addition to this you want to add a 'CTA post' that will contain a url to your site, a little bit of copy and an image that should grab your target audience's attention.

Once you have this post ready, you then use Facebook's add platform to drive traffic specifically to that post.

Last week I sent some traffic to some dog training products from ClickBank and my CPC ended being $0.13. If you are building your own list, this strategy could work like gangbusters

    • he could know , ( 1k likes ยท 0 talking about this ) it's all about Engagement
  • I think, instead of the common quick option of getting someone to send you thousands of unrelated viewers i.e from Fiverr gigs, I would echo the comment above, write quality content. May be even offer content that your viewers would normally have to pay for at other sites. Before you know it your web page will be shared and recommended to many.

Don't give up - it takes time.

Create an ad on facebook and target the people that you think are your targeted customers. Do split testing and see which ad perform's better and then keep that ad.
  • Two words - buy ads.
  • Facebook ads and a photo contest (free with the Offerpop app on Facebook) did it for me.

I post awesome images with calls to action on them to Like and/or Share. I also share the images on Pinterest to draw people in from that social media site.
  • Keep your facebook updated. Hire someone who can market your facebook.
  • As others would advise you, its best to just hire someone to post relevant comments or share images that are relevant to your traffic. Buying a product for facebook traffic would either end up a spam or having not so good quality facebook page. Although this method can take a little longer but its all worth it in the end.
  • Keep your FB page updated all the time, you might even consider fb ads; Post funny pictures asking for likes - think what pictures with text people would share, catchy contests and do not spam.
  • JOIN FACEBOOK GROUPS!

Search facebook for groups to join using keywords related to your niche.

Then join as many groups as you can.

When you become a member of a certain facebook group, you are Now allowed to post your message on the group's wall for all the other members to read.

This means that if for example you join 100 groups, each with an average number of 2,000 members, then you now have 200,000 potential target audiences for your message, right?

Now, that's FREE advertising without spending anything!

It just takes a little time and effort on your part, but once you've established everything, then it's like picking apples from there on!

You can use this technique in any kind of product, program or service you are trying to promote.

I just wrote a Free report regarding this topic. If you like to read it, you can get it here.

    • This depends on niche.

e.g: making money niche - each posting will be buried quickly.
    • the link is not working, can you update it?

  • just keep content posting and posting and you are good to go.

  • Well i tried using addmefast for post likes and shares in which i got some success. Its worth trying.
  • 1. regularly post catchy and high-quality contents.
    2. build a conversation
  • roley,

u may want to check this out

    this may help you

  • Pay attention to what the above people are saying about groups, this can be a huge traffic source! Don't spam, participate in them. I have had posts on my page (only 35 likes at first) go viral with over 100,000 views from groups!

Also post on other relevant pages, comments, images likes etc ... offer to help other page admins moderate and post status updates.
  • I have found recently that simply being social in related groups/pages has built up traffic. It is a simple method and not very time consuming. It also gives an insight into what others are writing about in a similar topic to yours.

Also as mentioned a few times - do not be spammy. BE SOCIAL!
  • nice share...
  • @johnorc im guessing the last part also works if you are posting as your page?
  • I would buy facebook ads and then get the people to interact with the posts, getting likes and shares. I have heard sponsored post work as well. Retargeting seems to be the new "thing" people are trying where you advertise to people who were on your sales page and did not buy.
  • Facebook ads are better than facebook pages, as you have unlimited access to the world users.

Facebook pages are more time consuming if you want to start from scratch
  • that true!
  • I use to manage a band and there audience was "fun loving" so they posted cornball videos and posts. Stick to your market and post interesting new things about the market your products are in.

  • There are plugins to make this happen . Check out my signature there is a plugin in the bundel
  • Everyone have his best method and mine is this one:
    1. Choose the product to promote
    2. Set up Facebook Fan Page around this product
    3. Create Facebook FanPage tab (application) with opt-in inside
    4. With social lead fox software grab every facebook user interested in that niche
    5. create an add pointing it to FanPage tab inserting only that users

Doing this way my add will show up ONLY to members interested in my niche and I will start to gain highly targeted traffic on my Facebook Fan tab.
The rest you already know. Opt-in and autoresponder follow up series.

  • Create fun, interesting, valuable content on your blog and mention your new blog article on Facebook from time to time.Post pictures regularly. Comment on other people’s status. Engage with your community of friends online.
  • I find sending Facebook traffic to a Fan Page works best.

    • create content or provide news or news that useful information. The easiest way
  • I use the standard link share almost exclusively. I have found that this method drives more link clicks than attaching links within photo shares or text updates.

  • You HAVE to invest in their ads. Take the time to structure
one with the right demographics, and the frequency of "likes"
you'll soon get will blow you away. There's power in targeting
your audience. They already want what you have - assuming
that you are updating the page regularly with relevant content.

Don't short your brand or business and use Facebook Ads!
  • Get likes on your page and post links. That's it. Or if you are running shopping sites then provide them Coupons for free.
  • I have noticed any type of give away contest is pretty good to!

Like a contest to give away an electronic item or something people believe is worth a lot... to enter they must like page and give email...
  • Dont' just spam and post on people's walls for the sake of posting. Give value content. Make sure what you're posting is actually beneficial to others. That's what I do
  • You can send a message to users you come across, but no spam, genuine conversation and interest in them will get them to trust you.

Also, if you focus on your target market, you can join FB groups based on that market to post your valuable content, again no spam, to reach users with similar interests.
  • Running Facebook ads is hit or miss for many small business owners, but mostly because they often spend too much money and see minimal results.

If you are looking to generate a little extra traffic to an important page/post on your site, try using Facebook’s promoted posts feature which allows you to spend as little as $5 to get your message out to a wider audience.
  • I agree with HzCy, as long as you can create great content your good, and as far as Facebook is concerned it doesn't hurt to have a group of your own and a fan page of your own to direct your new friends that you make on Facebook.
  • Buy ads on big pages like shutupimtalking i'm sure they sell ads, seen a few before or just buy ads on facebook itself.

    • Prepare your page as per your business, services, product by posting with unique content relevant to your stuffs, make your topic adding some informative images.
Use proper strategy to improve your page likes and if possible get facebook ad service.
  • It is all dependent on your type of business and what you are trying to sell/promote. For my business the best way of getting traffic is Facebook Ads. You can go into great detail on targeting with Facebook Ads such as country or even city targeting as well as specific interests.

  • Mentioned already but I suggest using groups as a free method of promoting your page (do it in a non-spammy way.) Give and you will receive back!
  • you can choose what you want either in spam way or in a good process they also a software that maybe run to get more likes , but for me its better to do in good way if you have a budget then contact facebook i think they have offer that services, post some topic that attract to other then they will follow you. that way you can get traffic.
  • Facebook has incredible methods to increase the traffic to your website. The methods are like make sure that your images should be big, try to make all your updates short, use short quote in your blog, post the valuable content to your blog, comment on other people's status.
  • I work on a small niche without a budget for the business that employees me. So I have to be creative and engage.

I "Like" other businesses in the same niche.
    I reply to their post.
I upload content 2 times a day - try to reschedule if topical news is more of interest that day.
    I upload coupons.
    I upload viral videos.
I upload photos with my own captions.

Every 'niche' is different. It's not a one-for-all strategy. Look at your insights, see what works best and what doesn't work.

Best response I had to date was a video on how to fold your shirt under 2 seconds. Had NOTHING to do with my niche, but it was of 'general' interest to everyone.

No budget I have to get creative.
    Hope that helps.
    Charli
  • Sharing on Facebook groups is a good way to promote your products & get quick sales.
  • Create a powerful application on Facebook and target the various individuals that you feel are the targeted clients for your business. Also, do split testing and see which ad is performing better and then keep that advertisement for later use.
  • It is already mentioned here. Post works. Specifically when it is a relevant, with good content, and when people can relate. Ads and Promoting in groups (not spammy) can also work, but rule #1 exists.
Lastly, be human. try to put your foot within the shoe of the reader. And try to answer: what to post and what not?
  • Keep your Facebook updated. Hire someone who can market your Facebook.
