Linking to/from various social media sites

I have a Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Tumblr account for my business. With Facebook I've been able to link to the other accounts by pinning a post to the top of the timeline with links to the other sites. I've been able to do the same with Tumblr because they allow you to edit the HTML. I don't know how to do this on Pinterest and Twitter though. Any ideas? I don't want cross-posting between the sites, only links between them.

    MarketingMonk, how is that done? Do you mean with a regular tweet? The problem with that is I want the links to remain at the top of my Twitter profile page.

    What I know is that you can link your Facebook profile to your Twitter through your account settings. You can see an option to link to Twitter and make sure that it is public.
