There is no function in the graph API that will make a user automatically 'like' anything. So even with an app you could not make anyone automatically like you.

Hi Marc
If its likes you're trying to get why not try this.
Your page should be all about you and your business. Create an app, which is the square boxes at top of page, like your 'like' box, if that makes sense.
You need to create a fangate where you can offer people something of value in return for liking your page. This works like gangbusters if you get it right. All the info for this is on facebook itself.

One thing you could do if you want people to like your page when they enter a poll is to use a polls app. The First Social polls app is like gated. Also there is a WSO on it with over 100 happy warriors

No, voting in a poll does not automatically increase your likes. But there should be an app out there which can do this using a fangate.

Create a landing page that tells them they have to like the page to be able to vote. I did this once in the past and it worked well.. But the topic of the vote was something the people were passionate about. They badly wanted to share their opinion...
