What could 1000 views make you?

Going by your current profit rates. What would 1000 unique views to your website be worth to you?

e.g. 1 out of every 100 people purchase a $100 video. Thats 10 people per 1000 which is $1000 profit.

    Thats kind of a personal question isnt it. You jump on the forum, have no history, are brand new, and first thing you ask is for people to tell your how much profit they make from a sale and what there conversion rate is. Do you actually expect people to answer?

      Just rephrase your question

      "What can you do with 1,000 visitors to your website?"

      Well, I can tell you that the quality of the visits matters most. If they're 1,000 random people who found my website without searching for it, then they're not worth a whole lot. On the flip side, if they're people who have searched for my website (or what I'm providing them), then they could be worth a lot to me.

      People need to focus on QUALITY over quantity.

    If traffic is super laser targeted then yes you will get 1/100 to buy your video! But as a new kid to the block first of all to get super targeted traffic its going to be super hard so start reading some things and come back with more knownledge

    Depending on your traffic you may not even sell one product per 1,000,000 page views.
    All depends on the traffic source.
    It's easy to get 1,000 page views but very hard to get targeted page views

    Are you talking about simple views or actual clicks on your offers? You can buy impressions or views for as low as 2-3 usd per every thousand online on decent ad networks like the one I own. However if you are talking about Clicks on your offer or people going right to your product or landing page then the conversion rates all around the web for targeted traffic tend to move from 2% up to 5% for the best marketers. That means that for every 1.000 "clicks" you could expect 30 (3%) conversions = sales/actions based on how effective your page, ad, and strategy is, etc. Several factors influence the numbers.

    If your talking only about views, to me it does not mean nothing by itself. You need to compare number of views with number of clicks, this way you will have a better idea the value of your web page. But the real value will come from the number of clicks vs number of sales. This equation will give you the real value of your site.

    Hello everyone. After the initial response to this thread I didn't really come back here for a while. It was my first post on here and even though I was in the wrong, it discouraged me. I love this website as a resource and hope to build myself as part of the community through interaction and engagement. I want to say thank you to all that responded. I got a lot out of everything you all said. Most prominent was:

    Quality of visitor over quantity
    1-2% is good goal to consider, but this is a general guide.

    It really all depends on where those 1000 impressions came from. Warrior Forum WSO traffic is different than Google AdWords Traffic. Facebook Ad Traffic is different then those too, there are lots of different platforms to get impressions. The best idea is to explore them all and find out which ones get you the best conversion rates. Also if you were more specific, that would still kind of be a personal question to ask Warriors about.
