Why is my facebook ads acc disabled!

Does anyone encounter this problem? I am running dating campaigns that targets men and my campaign is profiting and suddenly, i received this message from facebook "Our systems have detected unusual payment activity on your account. As a security precaution, the payments functionality on your account has been disabled and all of your adverts have been stopped. For more information, please contact us."

Am i not supposed to run dating offers that target mainly men on facebook? Hmm, that's weird. Does anyone manage to solve this problem?

I think they are referring to the way you are paying your bills to FB. It doesn't sound like it has anything to do with the offer.

I don't think so. If you are a regular facebook advertiser, i believe you will know that facebook is commonly known as someone who just disable people account without a valid reason and they won't respond back to you so fast. Perhaps I tried direct linking to run my offer.

Yes I am a regular FB advertiser, but I don't know anything about "just disable people account without a valid reason ". I am yet to experience that. But I understand your complain about them not being so responsive.

It has been a week or so since you made the post. Have you heard anything yet?

This happened to someone I know after FB tried charging their payment method and could not charge it. Could that be the case with yours? Not saying you're cheap, sometimes you forget things and switch stuff.

    There could be many reasons.

    a) content is against their TOS
    b) IP issues
    c) logged in from a diffrent device
    d) something else.

Often though its due the IP issues or due to your ad

Like said above, it can be because of various issues. Where was your site linking? Where did referrers come from? Did you use any kind of spam material?
