How to rank my youtube videos?

Hey everyone, I have a youtube channel with a lot of pretty good content, I have a bunch videos, mainly it's rap/hip hop beats. This is a HUGE niche on youtube and I know there is ton of traffic in this niche, it just doesn't seem like any of my videos have taken off or are ranking yet

I need some help to start getting my videos ranked, I am wondering what should I do...

use vagex to get more views?
buy views on fiverr?
buy likes and comments on fiverr?
or buy backlinks?

What should I do, any help appreciated. Can anyone share any specific gigs on fiverr that actually WORKED to get your videos ranked or any other tips or advice

EDIT: Maybe it's just my keywords and keyword research that needs improvement.
If any experienced warriors could take a look at my channel and see if my keywords and titles and video SEO can be improved it would be much appreciated! I maybe be targeting the wrong keywords....     Doing all the basics are good (i.e. keywords in title, description, tags and as the file name of your video) and sharing the video in as many places as you can will also get it more exposure. For instance embedding it on your blog or website, sharing on social media, etc. You could also try the YouTube paid advertising.

    These things will get it more exposure but some of the most successful viral videos got so many views because they offered compelling content that people wanted to watch and wanted to share. That “perfect” formula is difficult to articulate.

      First give a good title, description for your YouTube video with your targeted keywords, then optimize is by sharing with different video submission sites.

      Share your videos on different social media sites like facebook, twitter, linkedin, stumbleupon, reddit..etc. These are the best sites to make your site popular.

    You should have relevant Title, Description, Tags . Include your artist name in the title so your fans can find you, use unique description, unique keyword phrases in Tags.

      Choose relevant keyword on your video title, tags and annotations.

      And by the way, many doesn't know this too... make sure you use a relevant keywords as filename for your video upon saving and before you upload it.

    YouTube really focuses on audience retention - that is how long people watch the videos. If you make videos really interesting and interactive, people will watch more and it will rank better. Also you need to put keywords in the title, description, and tags, but don't overdo it.

    Also, buying views/likes/comments will do nothing but hurt your ranking. Bots don't watch videos long, therefore killing your audience retention and ranking.
