How to get more facebook pages?

I am a business student taking a social media class and I am trying to get more pages. Obviously I want to monitize them also! But I was wondering how you get pages off of owners or where is a good place to buy and sell them.

I am currently looking to buy pages with 100k+ fans up into the millions. Looking for US based with UK/AUS/CA likes. The more active the better.

So if anyone can point me in the right direction or have a page they would be interested in selling please let me know!

  • Have seen Fanpages being soled at Flippa.
  • this is an interesting concept. Do your due diligence before buying. See how many people are actually commenting,sharing and liking the posts on the fanpage. Here is a website that sells facebook fanpages or may be a good resource. I personally haven't used this website myself but it may be a good place to start!

  • Join a few of these group and post that your looking to gain access to ("buy") facebook pages. Good luck finding someone who wants to sell a +100K page that won't be expensive.

    You can also try contacting page admin directly through pm's. Even though really big pages usually have that option disabled, to stop spam.

    Ps. Try contacting the pro and see if they are looking to sell something.

  • You can Join your niche related groups and ask there also if anyone wish to sell his/her Facebook Fanpage.
  • by the way it is against Facebook rules to buy or sell facebook page...:confused:

    • It's against their TOS to sell a fanpage because even if you made it and put money into it's their property. So if someone that works for Facebook in that department finds that you are, the page can deleted or you would be removed as admin. But you can charge a fee for access to the fanpage (a way to re-write selling I'm my fanpage). Never directly say your selling a fanpage.

      For example if you want to sell one on flippa, you will need a website as well. (Doesn't really need anything on it) I would use this as a listing title "Website Name - With +50,000 Facebook Fans & $100 Per Month.
