How is this facebook iframing done?

I know this might seem a silly question for some but I would really like to know how this is done:

They seem to be iframing lead forms which is something I've tried doing with notes, but its a no-go.

They seem to be using apps as per URL references. Does anyone here have any linkto do this? :confused:

    Install woobox tab on your fan page:

    Then next thing is to put URL to your lead forms, or put lead form HTML code inside, and save.
