Does anyone know how to create an opt-in pop up form when someone lands on your facebook fanpage?

    I doubt something like that even exist, you can make a opt-in popup on your own website but most people find that very annoying.

    You can't do that, but you can send the user for a tab where you can present some iframe or make a redirect.
