Twitter Plugin to Use In-Post

On another site I had, I used a plugin that posted a "tweet this" button with a counter in the middle of my post. When clicked, it included the text I selected and a link to the post. For instance, it'd seomething like

Warrior Forum is awesome! [Tweet this button]

Does anyone know of a plugin for Wordpress that will do this?
