how to RSS my blog?

Hi - wondering if someone can help me real quick? (HOPEFULLY Real Quick

I want to rss my blog (Empower Blog, if that helps?), but just pushing the button doesn't seem to work...

is this "syndicating" my blog? Or is RSS totally different?

    I appreciate your post it was something I was thinking about and since I am a google nut this is what I found:

    10 Great Places to Syndicate Your Content

    I tested the RSS Subscription Extension and it certainly helped me to see my RSS. I used Chrome so the feed source link was on the upper right hand side.


    From what I understand you have to submit your site to RSS feeds. Hope this helps and thanks for getting my mental gears turning

    If you’re using WordPress, you can add your RSS feed to your blog using the RSS widget that comes with WordPress by default.
