Advertising a facebook page with multiple topics?

SOCIAL NETWORKS

It's easy to create a facebook ad that focuses on one topic but how do you create an ad for a page that covers multiple topics and whose topics are oversaturated. Example: memes. There are so many pages that have memes so how would you advertise a memes site? When I say "multiple topics", I mean that the memes range in topics and there's news memes as well.

I wouldn't make a page with a broad / over-saturated topic in the first place.

  If 9gag, 4chan (though the fb page for 4chan isn't based on the actual website), and a lot of other meme entertainment pages can become popular, I'm sure any other page can as well.
  
  Funny images is something that is repetitive, unlike news. So people can go to multiple sources to find stuff to laugh about. Challenge is making your content original and unique. Every entertainment site has its own unique factor. So I'm trying to find a way to promote a facebook page using a unique slogan in a specific non-saturated niche.

  If you want to be popular that might work but most people on here want to make money, you going to have a hard time making money with a general 'funny pictures' page.

Yea, on a second thought.....I might re-approach the ads and expand the facebook page. Create multiple pages instead of one big page and promote/cross-promote each page. Makes it easier to promote separate specific topics compared to one huge broad topic.
