Facebook for gathering sales reps

We have had good success gathering sales reps from Vietnam for our 100% natural & non-toxic cosmetic business. However the people we find in Philippines have difficulty making even single sale. They mostly just request free samples. For those of you who have handles certain sales group who collectively don't do well...what is a good strategy for them?

    I would advise shaking off the groups that do well and stick with the performers, I mean why even hire C class labor when there is sales forces out there that perform.
