My mother need help with her facebook business page

Hi guys.
My mom is working with childerens that have diffucties , and she need a facebook page .
She is going to work only in our small city , and as for now , she only need a Facebook page.

My question is..
What to do with it?
Design it? Use someone on fiverr ? because I live in Israel and we speak , write and talk hebrew , so somone on fiverr won't be that good I guess..

What to do ?
Try to design it?
add pages?
contact page?

advertise it?..

    Facebook pages are soooooo easy to set up yourself. Give it ago, and if there's something you don't understand use their help system or a forum. Then after that if you need help go to Fiverr.

    But honestly, setting up a simple, straight forward Facebook page (which it sounds like what you need) is so easy, The hard part is getting people to like the page. But if your mum is only working with kids in her city then that makes that job a lot easier.
