Is 0.2++% CTR considered high for Facebook ads?

For example 0.256% CTR

I didn't target specific interests/likes. I only targeted countries... My product is not country specific.

Just curious about how I fare against 'good' facebook CTRs. (I understand conversions is another issue altogether... Let's not go there thanks..)

    It is a good CTR. However, what really matters is your ROI. If you generate money from your ads, just keep tweaking until your ROI increases.
