Nowadays, social media is used in different purposes. Say for example, communication, entertainment, leisure, and don't forget for business purposes. Without a doubt, social media dominates the world wide web that being said, these platforms are a very powerful marketing tool which leads to the emergence of different Buy Likes, Buy Followers, Buy Views etc... name it, they are sold on the market.

The question is, does these Likes/Followers/Views, can be monetized?
How long do they stick the page you've made?
Or are they even real people not just some "dummy" accounts intended for this service?

The question is, does these Likes/Followers/Views, can be monetized?
If you have bought likes / followers, then I am afraid, they are useless in terms of monetizing as they are fake profiles But if you have real likes, then yes they can be monetized.

There are several ways to monetize fans on Facebook. I'm not sure about Twitter, but Facebook has a lot of money sitting on there for anyone who wants to take some.

But I wouldn't buy fans or followers as that is a sure way to not make any money.

You need to get real people who are really interested in the topic your page is about to like your page and get them engaged.

I'll give you a direct answer....

The question is, does these Likes/Followers/Views, can be monetized?
Yes, figure out what your users would want. Do they want specific products? Do they want to be rewarded to do something? Can they be sent somewhere to get additional information? Wherever you send your users and whatever you give them, make sure that you get paid. You can get paid for sending users somewhere or giving users specific products IF users buy the products or click on ads. It's often recommended to have a high userbase like 60,000-100,000 likes/followers because the amount of users who will actually convert to revenue will be like 2-3%.

How long do they stick the page you've made?
What do you mean by "stick"? How long will they stay on your page? As long as you post up great quality content and give them a reason to stay, then they will stay.

Or are they even real people not just some "dummy" accounts intended for this service?
Dummy accounts are often used to make facebook pages look "active" but are a waste of time in the long run. You should have real users/likes/followers on your page. You can't convert your users or have any revenue generation unless you have real traffic.

However bought Likes/Followers is a hit. Don't you think that FB and Twitter has this metrics, wherein they place the page with the most number of Likes/Followers regardless of its quality? Maybe these have contingent effects on the page (Just thinking)
Bought likes/followers is not a hit. They just give you the idea that the page is a "hit". Facebook will provide you with metrics regardless of how real or fake your likes/followers are. It's an algorithm. The metrics aren't going to say "oh we think you have 200 fake likes on your page so we deducted it from your overall amount of likes". No, it will count everything. However, if you want real conversions and real money coming in, you want to get real users. Fastest way to get real users is by investing in facebook ads. Yes, there is a difference between investing in "likes" and investing in facebook ads.
