Plans cannot make page viral, when it goes viral, it will go viral itself.
However more engagement with fans, interesting content, interesting photos and video does help a lot in promoting page.

promote your page on other social networks (twitter, google+) or invite your friends to like it and share. You can also make someone else admin so they can invite their friends as well.

I figured if there was one vertical to target on Linkedin, it would be Realtors, as they are out in the public and need to look professional and presentable, where fashion should interest them in some way.

We are open to trying anything across the board.

I am currently working on a huge article that I will post on WF soon on how to start/gain likes and have/keep a engaged audience.

I doubt this will work. Even if it did somewhat it would be extremely slow. Also its kind of pointless. As your not generating traffic from the fan page then, your just getting existing customers to like you.

Just run a well targeted Facebook ad. It really is the most simple way to build a fan base quickly.

Something else that caught my eye in your OP, you going to upsell real estate agents on other social media services yet you dont know how to get fans on Facebook? Why is it that people constantly try to get into a profession that they know nothing about. Sorry just saying 'hey Im an expert' does not make you an expert.

Once you get enough fans to like the page. The page will start to grow on it's own when you post and request people to like or share.

The only way I know of to do this is buy FB ads promoting the page.

To push something towards viral status you need attractors, anchors, reactors, and trend setters with rabidly passionate followers who themselves are trendsetters. Your content must also be socially, mentally, and intellectually sticky enough to warrant attention.

Trying to get a post to go viral when just getting started with your page is putting the cart before the horse.

Focus on building quality content. Get your first 25 fans by asking friends to like your page then use FB ads to build up your fan base a bit. Once you have a few hundred fans you can partner with related pages, sharing posts to get more fans. Share-For-Share is a good way to leverage your audience to build your audience faster.

'I Love Fashion Jewelry and Accessories' sounds a little bland and vague, and I'd bet that there are already lots of popular Pages that have flooded these niches.

To be successful at this you're going to have to start with really, really good taste. Can't help you there, you either got it or you don't, or you stick with it for a really long time because you love it so much.

Be consistent with posting great content, engage whatever responses you get as thoroughly as you can, and constantly try to figure out how you can delight your followers with content. Make stuff of your own, ideally. Have a blog maybe, and share original content, analysis, thoughts. It'll take time to grow, but make sure you're always doing something.

I don't know whether it has been mentioned ot not, but as I haven't the time to go
through, try have more engagements for the Fans and freinds.
perherps she could post her thoughts and visulize it with multimedias. and of course the use of more social media will really help. Twitter, google plus. Especially for this Fanpage Pintrest is a great place .

I suggest you get some likes, a few hundred or thousand from Fiverr or elsewhere so you look known, then more will follow if you engage, post content that is useful/interesting and if you two are diligent. Pm me for info on getting followers if interested in going the fiverr route.

Getting many likes and fans is a good start. People will be more trustful if the page has many likes and fans. It also adds credibility. Once you have enough real likes and fans, be engaging as much as possible.

If you go viral, you should also consider other networks like YouTube. A viral video with a link to your facebook fanpage and the ball is set rolling.
