Hire a VA or create facebook ads?

Hello dear friends,

I am thiking to grow my facebook fanpage but I am in dilemma! Which move is more efficient, to hire a Virtual assistant from India $5-10/task or to create facebook ads and engage fans by myself?

    just make sure you train them as much as possible.

    If you hire a VA it is very easy to go over the line and focus your efforts on creating a lot of content - not quality content.

    I would go for the Facebook Ads option instead over the VA.

      the problem is you have to train your VA or the VA have to be very qualified. All this takes really more time then sometime we can expect. If you take VA then give them very clear reserached instructions.
      But If you have the ability and time to engage your Fans yourself then why not.

    In case you're busy then you can hire a VA that will help you to multiply your work and you can assign some tasks that they can handle as well.

      Agree with this. Just try those trusted sites that offer VA services like Staff.com or Odesk. Let your VA do Facebook ads, Youtube and other means of social media.
      (Just keep in mind that hiring VAs from freelance sites will help you save more budget for your business)

    If you have the time, learning to do it yourself is a better option. My YouTube is loaded with videos that help with Facebook advertising.
