Is Pinterest dead?

It is now the second day in a row that I have been unable to login to any of my Pinterest accounts. I go to https://pinterest.com/login/ , and fill in my username and password -- then nothing happens at all. I waited once for over an hour, and still - nothing at all. This is for all five of the Pinterest sites I manage.

Has this happened to anyone else? Does anybody have any idea what to do, or why it's happening?

    I'm pretty sure that with the massive success of Pinterest, they wouldn't just one day go: "Well, that was fun, buuuuut, nah, let's try something else" and shut it down.

    Here's a site, though, that you can use if you're having issues with a particular website:

      Thanks for trying, A. But it doesn't help. Pinterest is not down, even for me. If I type pinterest.com in the Address Bar, I get their website. But it asks me to log in, and the login form is not working. All I get is that rotating circle... forever!

    I know this doesn't help you, but I didn't have any problems logging in. Have you tried logging in in a different browser?

      Great idea, SShip. I always use Firefox, without even thinking about it. Tried Internet Explorer, and IT WORKED!

      Thanks - now I can at least get into my Pinterest pages.

      But I still don't know why it doesn't work in Firefox!

        Check your FireFox plugins. People add those so called security plugins thinking it will protect them from hax sites. The problem with them is many of them are outdated and give false positives and block sites that are perfectly fine. Disable all your plugins and then try to log in via Firefox.

          Many Thanks, Brutecky! You hit the nail on the head.

          I didn't have to do much to find the culprit, since I remembered the last thing I did regarding my plugins. I had changed one of my options for Cool Previews, so I disabled CP for the Pinterest site, and I was able to log in.

    Check your user name and account password might be you were putting that information wrong.

      Maybe post a message for admin/mods to close this thread and then report it so this thread gets attention.

      I am not sure how things work around here on such issues.
