Facebook ads accounts getting banned. Please help! :(

*** Hey Facebook Marketers - Please Help ***

I am getting no success at getting my facebook ads account up and running, tried several times but all the times, got my fb ads account banned/disabled for no reason. Also used different bank cards as my funding source each time.

Everytime I tried with new account, they mail me and say something like "your account is disabled for fraudulent activity, this decision is final and bla bla bla" while this of their statement is 100% wrong. I didn't do any unusual activity on any of my account and also entered 100% correct information about everything there.

Please someone help

Try contacting them and clearing your name.

If they don't want you there, my advice is to stay clear.

So, the only alternatives are to move on and find something else, or contact them in order to determine what the problem is.

    Hope that helps..

Yes, why don't you just contact them instead of all these shenanigans? Lord have mercy.

Are you using fresh IPs with each account?
Are you maxing out your budgets on the first day with your account? Sometimes going from $0 spend to $xxx will raise a flag with your account.
Do you have a rep, biz account or are these personal accounts?

I try to stray far away from pairing personal accounts with business ones...

@Justin - What actually sounds like is happening... is that the OP is setting up an ads account and a funding source then getting flagged straight away. This is actually quite common and the OP should contact them for resolution.

If contacting them and getting to the bottom of it doesn't work.
-Use a Different IP and Funding Source when setting up a new account.

*Also, this time when you are running your ads... you may have to change the way you are running them. Facebook might not like your ad (they've got many different reasons), esp if it goes straight to the capture page. Try using a FB fan page to create a compelling Status update, and run traffic to that wall post with your link inside of the status. That's usually the better way to run FB PPC anyways.

@Sarevok @DeanJames - Almost everytime I tried to contact em via contact form, got automated reply with all the shit like "your account is disabled due to fraudulent activity, this decision is final and bla bla".

@Justin Beatty - Dean has got the point.

@cainbrian - Your advice seems worthy to give a shot to.

      Your ACCOUNT is disabled?

Can I ask what type of product you're trying to advertise? Are you breaking some other rule you're not aware of breaking?

@DeborahDera - Yes, it is disabled.
Btw, my ad there was not exactly in dating niche, but related. And I might be breaking their rule(s). I'll go over their terms and read them out. Ok, if I am breaking any of their rule(s) then what should I do to re-activate my account.?

If your profile fits their "fraud" criteria, they don't want to do business with you.

It seems that that is the case and you are now spending your time trying to defraud them.

They are probably a lot smarter than you and if you sneak past their security they will probably figure that out and give you the boot again. Give it up.

...Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just set there.

If it's not resolved, find out why your account was disabled. This is a common problem and the solution is to move on, learn from experience, and start again with a new IP.

Run ads through a family member's account or a friend's account. Get a pre-paid debit card that you can use as a funding source. They won't un-ban your account if they flagged you for fraudulent activity, even if whatever you were doing was not fraudulent.

i had this problem too... they dont have a contact number for the department you need to contact for this which is the risk management department... you just have to keep making accounts until they approve one... that is the best advice i can give you... it may not sound the best but it works eventually... make sure nothing links to the already disabled account... new phone number new pay pal etc...make sure you fill out the contact form for each account...good luck...

Don't use any friend's account unless they understand that facebook could ban them completely, forever.

Facebook's TOS only provides for an individual to have only one account ever. When facebook catches you trying to get around their TOS they will cancel any account they suspect you have used.

Thanks for sharing your experience. This sounds looks like a scam. Has your account been banned for Cloaking? By the way, you need a good Facebook Cloaker to run your diets offer in Facebook. Otherwise they will just keep banning your accounts. They will not give back to everyone. Also Facebook will not tolerate behavior that users may find annoying or abusive and also avoid their terms and condition. Hope you will fix your problem soon.

    This is bullshit.
Same thing happened to me. I'm on my brothers account now because my facebook ad manager got blocked on mine for making too many changes to my ad. Now my brother logged in from a different computer in our house. And then they suspended it for the same BS "Fraudlent activity... blah blah blah" So this time I sent a long ass appeal. I'm ganna wait and see if it works. Have you had any more luck on this?
    BA,

    EDIT:
I forgot to mention, they're so bad because they only have ONE contact number and that's the sales representatives that help you set up your facebook ad for the first time. So I called them, and they said they had NO control of speeding up the process or verifying the account or anything, all they do is help you set up your first ad. And Risk Management that BS department. Has no phone number... what a surprise...
    BA

    REEDIT:

GUYS! I FINALLY FOUND A SOLUTION! WHOHOOO!
Check out the thread I made with the solution!
