Any good, complete and updated FB course?

Hi Folks,

I don't want to bother you too much, but it seems that in this sub-forum there are a bunch of experienced FB warriors that can help me with this.

You see, I'm working with FB since some few weeks now and I think things are going almost well, but Facebook is so huge and there are so many new features that I guess I'm not getting the most from FB.

Do you know about some good, updated and cheap FB training course that covers in detail all its features?

Maybe a short low cost coaching by email with Q&A could also be helpful for this issue.
