How much can you earn making a website with active users?

I have a few original ideas for making a social networking website. I have a Youtube channel with 90,000 active subscribers and can definitely promote my website and get them to use it.

The problem is I don't know where to start... I'd like to spend $50,000 on this project. How did Mark Zuckerberg do it? What are the steps to accomplishing this? And how much could I make a year with 90,000 users? (300,000 visits/month)?

300,000 visits per month, turn over good money by putting Adsense on your website lol. Easy roi.

I would recommend adworkmedia or any CPA networking where you can easily earn good money.

Don't go for Adsense. They are ever ready to ban your account and you will have to start again from beginning.

Honestly if you have no idea where to start you have no business getting involved in such things. I wont be starting a French restaurant, a roofing company, an auto dealership, or a lawn care service. Why? Because I have no idea where to start. Step 1 .. get an idea where to start first. That is learn everything you can about the subject. Step 2 .. draw up a business plan..

By the way both Google and Faceboook have one very important thing in common that has helped them do well. They didnt start with the idea of making money. What I mean is that when both where started neither know where the money would come from .. there initial goal was just to build something that would change the world.

Oh and one last thing $50,000 is going to be a fairly tight budget. Unless your in a middle east country, or China. $50,000 is only about 1000 development hours,, that is 25 .. 40 hour weeks for 1 programmer. No designer, no project manager, no front end programmers, no product usability testers, no advertising, nothing else... Your going to have a tough time with $50K and knowing nothing about the venue you have chosen.

Search on Google how Mark Zuckerberg had done it if you want to follow him...

Maybe I'm being a little harsh but I don't think Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook would be anywhere near as popular without Sean Parker

It's practically impossible to reach that level of popularity without venture capital investment

In terms of how much you could make, that question's really hard to answer. But if you're really after the next Facebook perhaps you might be best off building the value of your site to eventually sell it (Instagram and Tumblr both sold for $1 billion), rather than trying to make passive income off it
