I am current use facebook, twitter, Nextsportstar. I need to know what you think which is the best one to make online presence. Give your vote for the best one

  • You know top socail networks are Facebook, Twitter. But I also see people growing their business on a platform like Pinterest, Instagram but personally I've never thought of using Pinterest or Instagram.
    It depends upon your tactics how you are going to target the people on any social media. I am best on targetting facebook and twitter traffic, never tried any other and don't want to.

  • Personal I use FB, TW, G+ and Pinterest. These social platforms are work the best for me. Of course, there are many social platforms and are good on their niche, so, you should pick one which is on your niche.

  • I would say the best social media is Facebook as it has the most active users. Also Pinterest is growing very fast aswell.

  • Facebook and Twitter are great because EVERYONE is on them but you should also consider:
    LinkedIn - it is for professionals which means people are there for professional reasons and not just for fun
    Google+ - since it is owned by Google it can help you out with ranking your page higher
    Pinterest - the 3rd biggest search engine in the world right now, some people say it is the future!
    Other are great as well but I personally focus on these 5 the most...

  • I love facebook, but there are plenty of other social platforms out there!!

    It really depends upon what you want to achieve, whether it be brand recognition or traffic generation. Some platforms are better for making sales form (youtube for example), and some are great for getting the word out about you product or service (twitter).

  • Pinterest is great lately for having an attention on the market. Google+ is great for SEO (obviously), Facebook and Twitter are evergreen... LinkedIn and Instagram are, for me, still unknown, so I can't tell much about it.
    I have a combo of Facebook and Pinterest (still learning and figuring out details)... and plan to spread to Google+ because of SEO benefits.

  • I use Facebook for the personal stuff, Linkedin for the professional, Pinterest for random stuff, G+ for blogging and other posts more serious content, Twitter for statuses, Stumble upon I have recently joined but i dont think will be on it for a while, myspace for music, was on bebo but grew out of it, Im enjoying trialling new medias and apps, I joined foresquare but it wasnt for me to deleted my account, thumb is a pretty cool app for getting people opinions, very random people but its cool, and one more I cam accross a new emerging platform kinnect2, would be interesting to see how these shape up going forward

I have been doing SMM for quite some time, and I don't take personal favorites with social media networks since I find them all useful and unique in their own ways.     Facebook is where people tend to talk to real friends (that they know in real life).

    Twitter it is more about strangers that have similar interests and quick back-and-forth conversations (although Twitter is largely unorganised and you are limited by the nature of only being able to post a limited number of characters).

    Google+ has the features of Facebook (photos, posts etc) but is for strangers with similar interests like Twitter. It is also very organised with communities that you can join.

    • Until you get banned from Youtube, it's really amazing. But considering how many internet marketers have been banned over technicalities after having depended on the site, it doesn't seem like a really safe bet to base your marketing efforts around. If you need a video hosting company go with one that won't ban you so readily. Not that you should cut Youtube out of the mix, but don't give them utter dependence to the point of excluding other forms of social media.

For example Pinterest is mostly women... so if you are selling a tire iron set or whatever guys buy, it may not work even if your picture is stunning HD. Think of your audience and what they want and where they want to find you. This research can save you a lot of time and perhaps money.

  • I think it is odd that you would say FB is on its way out. Twitter has like 300 million users (most of which are duplicate accounts) and FB has 1 billion users (with a B). Facebook is not going anywhere any time soon. Numbers do not lie. Everyone is on Facebook. I suggest using as many social media options as you can, but do not believe that 1 billion people are going to walk away and kill Facebook.

  • For me, for professional business like B2B etc can't beat Linkedin, ecommerce has to be Interest & Instagram, had limited success with FB how great for a targeted audience just seems to be too many people more interested what people had for dinner rather than whats going on. Never tried Google+,(except to SEO a page) or Twitter,
    The one thing that has not seemed to have got a mention is Youtube, Ok not strictly social media but building a channel or JV with a channel in your niche gets rewards.

  • You really need to understand what your posting. If there are a lot of pictures then Instagram and Pinterest will work well. If it is short and sweet text then Twitter will work.     I will go with FB paid aids. It is the most common and popular social media platform and if we use its paid ads we can target our exact customers. FB paid ads have a lot of depth for targeting various catagories of customers.

    It is hard to increase presence in free activities, you need intersting and funny contents for that.

  • It really depends on your goal. Twitter is amazing I would say it's a great design and very simple but effective. Instagram I feel just has way too much going on but I do have a project coming out to really tone down bullying in a major way but that's besides the point. If your looking to do long post at one time I wouldn't say twitter because you can only type so many words in each tweet. But short and to the point can always help as well.
