Storify, how does it work?

I am new here and I was wondering if someone could explain to me how the social network Storify works? I haven't tried but some feedback would be much more appreciated before I start working on it.
Also I already posted the same thread on an other forum without having any replies yet.
To make it bite clearer to answer, I have come up with two questions.
Would it be worth it to integrate a Storify flow into a website to capitalize the website's traffic? And, is the format really interactive for people to read? Thanks
