Fiverr/YouTube Marketing Questions

Hi Warriors:

Hope it was a great weekend for all.

Have some questions as it relates to Fiverr and YouTube if I may.

First with Fiverr. Before you order a gig can you contact the person to get a feel if they can do the work you seek?

When you order a gig for yourself or if you are outsourcing if it is multiple (let's use website design as an example) do you have the option to find a person and then somewhere in the order form tell them you need 2, 5, or 50?

If not do you actually have to find the person click order gig. Then keep repeating the process for the total number of gigs you need?

What are common turn around times for serviced offered on Fiverr?

For YouTube. If you wanted to promote yourself or your business (let's use website design again. It can be for anything.) Does YouTube have restrictions on what you can or can't do? Is a video about your service/product with links in the video and in the description box below the video okay as long as it is in good taste and an ethical product or service?

What I am attempting to ascertain is if there is a fine line between promoting something within reason and being a walking commercial and they would get upset.

    Hey Craig,

    If you don't mind, I'll answer only your fiverr questions, as I am not familiar enough with YouTube restrictions.

    Yes, you can contact the sellers before you purchase their gigs. In any gig's page, you can find a small "contact" button, which will let you send a message to the seller.

    When you order a gig, you have the option to choose the quantity (ie: the number of times you wish to order). Keep in mind that this option is based on the seller's level: in high level seller's gigs you can order a larger amount than in low level seller's gigs.

    Average turn-around times are usually different, based on the offered service. In every gig's page you can see the average days it takes the seller to deliver the order.

    I will contact the person. This is to see if they are too busy or have time for me. Then I order the gig. Fiverr is now moving on up. People typically will charge more than $5 now. Ah yes, you can order extras as well as many multiple gigs.

    Yes. Just make sure it doesn't violate YT TOS.

    As far as YouTube, sure you can use put promotional videos there. I actually use YouTube for the video on my landing page in my signature.
