Share contents to all the social networking sites and if there is images, you must submit it to pinterest to drive traffic. Also you can publish content to various social bookmarking sites.

Yes google+ is very effective in SEO.
Specially the dofollow links from google+ are very useful and they are always given importance by google.

Try to get everyone that you know added to Google +
Share any content that you create on Google + and other places such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin etc.

Hmmmm. There is so many ways to do this it is almost impossible to name them all. I programmed a software called Google Plus RSS maker that allows you to auto syndicate all of your Google Plus posts to the RSS directories and networks:
