I'm considering hiring a VA to manage our numerous social media accounts. I was wondering if there was a way to keep your accounts safe and secure while giving them access to post on them.

    Using Hootsuite you can let your VA do the posting without giving them the login details to your social media accounts so that might suit what you're looking for.

      Wendy, that sounds exactly what I'm looking for. I hope this is not a stupid question, but how would I do that? I have a Hootsuite account but have not used it much. Thanks!

    There are number of tips for keeping your account safe. Some of them are :
    1 Don't make all passwords identical
    2 Don't make them easy to guess
    3 Change your password often

    I have been using Hootsuite for the past seven to eight months, too. It is efficient and I have never had problems working with my current VA and my previous VAs. It is very easy to use and it took me just around five minutes to familiarize myself with all its functons.
