FB Page - how to value?

How do you value a FB page? I have a gun facebook page with 30k in U.S. based fans. It is very active, responsive and I make money via amazon and fiverr plus businesses contact me directly. I also have close to 2500 emails I think from this page.

I have ads perfected where I can get likes for .02 -.001 per like. I am thinking about selling it - how do I value it?

Thanks everyone!

I would value it the same way I value a website.

If the page has 3 months or less of monthly income history, then take monthly income *4
If the page has around a year of monthly income history then take monthly income * 8
If the page has well over a year of monthly income history then take monthly income *12

This will give you a very rough estimate, there are lots of other factors such as how likely the page is to continue generating income, if a potential buyer feels this income will increase / decrease, if they feel that the page is under marketed and has more potential then what your asking for it.

The 30K likes is not so important, the fact that you said 'high engagement' is, though 'high' is a relative term that could mean anything.

This ones super simple to value.

If your name isn't Mark Zuckerberg then the page is worth $0. You can't sell something you do not own.

Those emails however could easily be work over $1000 to the right person.

Why sell it anyways? Use it.

You can sell posts to gun companies.

Charge them $10 or $20 to do a post and link to them.

Keep building your fan base. Make a site...

And drive them to it. Don't sell (if you even can).
