Facebook Ad Campaign - Stats Not Updating

by nefirious 3 replies
I usually use Bing Ads for promoting my website, but this time I have chosen Facebook Ad Campaign. Facebook Ad Campaign manager claims that I received about 74 impressions till now. My CPC is quite high, as thats what I set for better visibility. It is about $ 0.50 per click. But when I see my Google Analytics I see the numbers are still. There have been only 11 visitors as opposed to the 75 clicks that Facebook is claiming. This has always kept me confused, the figures. Maybe I do not know how the metrics work or is there is something else that can help me understand the campaign.

Any feedback will be appreciated.

I guess this is still happening. I started an ad today, in the newsfeed, click to my landing page, and I chose to pay per click. The ad was highly targeted to my local area and included people who liked my topic.

Facebook says I got 11 clicks to my websites.
Stats say I got 3 hits from facebook.
    Nobody signed up.

Are you looking under the results(website clicks) column or the clicks column?

If the traffic is bullshit though, send facebook your traffic log and request a refund/credit.

No, It was for sure website clicks. Every time I deal with facebook, I get miserable results, I just dont trust them anymore, so i stopped the ad after $2 and went with adwords. I expect much less funny business with google.
