How long will Google be top?

Many companies who dominated for many years eventually declined (think Myspace), how long do you think it will be before Google is not considered the top way to search anymore? Or do you think this will even happen at all?

That's an interesting question. And I wonder whether they really are the top search engine any more? They are certainly on everyone's lips more readily than any of the others, but I am amazed at the amount of software which tries to force me to use Bing, for example. There must be millions of less savvy computer users who are now using Bing rather than Google.

Never. I honestly dont see Google falling ever. Why? Because they do what they do very well. There is really no room for improvement.

Google will be the top one forever. Nothing will change it.

For now I can say Google is strong and no one can put them down so far but I don't about tomorrow, let just wait what happens next.

As long as Larry Page and Sergey Brin are there, they should continue to be top.

There can be no doubt about the determination of the Google management. But we can never underestimate the competition either. To say they will never be removed ...... well ....it's impossible to say that.

From a marketing point of view I think we need to recognise not only Google, but Bing and Ask and yahoo as well, otherwise we do ourselves a disservice.

Until they maintain the quality and keep on new updates regularly, they will be top.
