Facebook contacted me. Looking for advice.

G'day Guys.

Need some advice.

Facebook has rang me and offered me my own advertising manager.

The catch is I have to spend $1,500 on advertising with them on one page only.

I am thinking of spending it on my page https://www.facebook.com/SquatTillYouPuke

What they said they would do is guide me and help me to adjust my advertising so I get the most out of it for my money. (but I can already get between 4-7 cents per like per campaign myself)

I just don't know if spending that kind of money will give me any good return.
I am marketing apparel on my page as well as pay per clicks.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Given the limited technical elements involved with running Facebook advertising I would say this isn't necessary, particularly if you're not looking to spend $1,500!

I'm predicting conversations like, "Well, you could increase your exposure by increasing your targeting and max CPC", spending more of your budget without a guarantee of efficiency.

They are just out to soak you for as much as possible!

I get them calls all the time and it seems that you are doing well enough on your own...

One time I went with it and I do not want to mention the network and the person that they set me up with new as much about performance marketing and ROI as my mom.

They are looking for band advertisers (suckers to blow money) that are not tracking and looking for a return.
Nobody is going to know what your backend is doing but you! Therefore there is know why for the manager that they hook you up with could now of the lifetime value of your perceptive lead...
    Don't waist your money...
    Best of luck

  • Thanks Guy's,

I agree I feel there is nothing that they can offer me, $1500 would be better spent in other ways. My page is steadily growing anyway with out any more money spent on it.
