How do I profit running a G+ community?

Hi. I'm a member of multiple Google Plus communities. I'd like to start my own one but I'm not sure just because it's not clear for me what kind of profits I can get. People will just submit their content announcements to it as well as I announce my writing in communities I belong to. Any benefits behind spending a lot of time moderating it? Thanks.

    At this time google plus is a rising social network specially for those who want to create influence among others (when I say influence it is not only for those who are successful). You really need to post unique and awesomely attractive posts in your community page to attract more and more members. All your posts does not have to be about your promotions only. What you need to keep in mind is do not flood the page with promotions and marketing stuff. Do that slightly, slowly but effectively.

    Be interactive in your posts thats how you can talk with people and convince them to join your list or you may also indirectly pitch for the product or service you are promoting..

    Overall you can only profit from google plus community if you are good with attractive and effective content that influences people to talk with you.

    If you want to make money from Google +, choose the page (this is not a G+ profile) instead of the community. However, you can attract visitors from the communities to your own G+ page.
