Google Plus page

I am new to google plus and from what I understand having a google plus page can help SEO ranking.

I have a page but don't see how to connect it to my website.
The page is https://plus.google.com/106714353989836757271/posts

1)How do I connect this to my website so that google will recognize that my website has a google plus page associate with it?

2)What else should I be doing on my page.

    Optimize it through building more followers, integrate in site (will be done through admin section of your site, if its a content CMS like WP).. build a community based on your offered product or service that will attract your niche prospects / buyers...

    If you are using Google plus for the SEO then you have to optimized the profile of Google plus and your blog should be more specific and secure from the spamming.

      You can use Google plus for the purpose of posting and sharing the image and post the blog that relate to your business.

      There are many things that can be done with Google plus like we can create any number of circles and also we can remove any of our created circles.And we can add any number of people to ourr circles and also we can remove any of our friends from the circles. We can add same users to multiple circles.
