How to estimate the price of a post on Facebook fanpages?

I'd like to buy some posts with my Facebook pages on other thematic pages. How do I estimate the post price in a particular group? The target audience of my page are people from the USA, over 21 years old, the thematic is a healthy way of life, healthy recipes (content will emply healthy way of life, but my page is beverage, coconut water. We need it to be posted for 24 hours, one hour on the first place. How to estimate the cost, and how many messages per day can I send to these groups to avoid being banned on FB?

    You'd come out better just doing FB ads. This why Facebook cracked down on "messaging" for marketing opps through their system.

    They simply want you to pay for ads. I could be of assistance if you need.
