Do i pay too much for my fb campaign?

I have run a couple of campaigns and omg in the first campaign i made a mistake with the pic, but that one gets most likes 0.08$ per like. But my question is. is 0.08$ too high per like or should i continue running that campaign?

    Hey Macbaren,

It depends on the niche and on the target you have.
    - What niche is it ?
    - What countries have you targeted ?

For how many days have you been running that ad ?

It is a little high.. You can expect less than $0.01 per likes if you target indian people

Actually, it all depends upon what your niche is and who are the people in your target market? Since you said you are in a music niche, I believe that is quite a big niche, right? However, I personally think you are paying too much, considering the fact that your target market are the people from India. No, i am not being a racist here. It is just the fact that you should spend less for targeting people from India or other third world countries like Vietnam and Philippines.

I'm not familiar with your niche, but I think generally $.08 is a bit high for India. It's not terrible, but with a little optimization you should be able to cut it in half at the very least. I advertise to India and shoot for $.02 to $.03 per like - it fluctuates a bit, but once a campaign hits $.05 per like (for India), I change it (swap out new images/offer a new freebie, etc.).

Considering that you are targeting India, $0.08 is very high. It should be just around $0.01-$0.02 even though it is from a niche as big as music. I do not know all the details about your strategy, so that is just my estimation with all the aspects that you have mentioned.

anything over .08 for a fb likes is too much. Why? because you can get likes for around .01 to .03 if you target right countries. Now if likes isn't really your goal..then you should be running the add to your fb landing pages that has strong call to action to your website. What I am saying is that once your over few thousand likes...they really don't matter anymore and your full effort should be to driving traffic to those landing pages and indirectly to your website. Note: those landing pages will need to be secured (https).

I'd say that's a good investment. Only testing will show what's worth and what's not.

When you ask about do I pay too much? Only you can answer that, it is too much compared with your conversion? Do you have a back-end which enables you to profit 10x times more than your initial investment?

Imagine your back-end / follow-up funnel makes you $20 a month for each lead you bring in, on average.

Would you say $5 per lead is too much? If you pay $5 to get 100 likes which brings 1 lead, it's not too much in my opinion.

Not sure if you can track likes to leads though. Anything should and could be tracked though.

    Hope it helps?
