      Tuesday and Wednesday morning are the absolute best, followed by Thursday morning.

    For business oriented content use appropriate sites i.e Linkedin = Between Tues and Thursday 1st thing in the morning.

    For other topics I go with afternoons around 4:30 PM and weekends.

    There is never or right or wrong time to post to social media as someone is always connected to it. Just post out there and the message will be heard

      My niche is just for fun so my times are when everyone is off work and is plugged in for sure. I post my best content at 5:30 PM EST through 11 EST. Basically from off work to bed. I continue to have posts in between but if the posts I assume are really, really solid I will post afternoon Mon-Thurs for sure. Like someone else mentioned, be aware of your niche. I don't know if it would be good to be posting things about managing in the afternoon when people are off work and wanting more relaxing content.

    Morning is the best time to post updates...as everyone will have a brief view over social media sites before moving ahead with their day-to-day routines..
    If you are offering discounts and special offers, Friday evening is the best time to post updates as people will start to look for coupon codes and discounts to save on weekend shopping...
