Fanpage Post Reach

here is my story, i spent more than 100$ to get 3000 likes to my dog fanpage, but now i suffer from 1% reach per post, nothing seems to help, i get alot of engagement but it doesn't help. i wonder if there is some social media expert here that can help fix my reach in the page, or identify the reason, i'll give full admin privilages to the page and also pay for this afcourse.

    First of all, dont go spending any more money getting other people to do anything to your page.

    Might I as what kind of content you are posting to your page? Is it just links to your website all the time?

    Perhaps you should spend a week or 3 posting dog meme's, you will get more reach by uploading pictures. Spend some time growing your page and then once every 10 posts you can drop a link to yout website.

    So you're saying that each post you put up only has an audience of 30 people for a Fan Page that has 3,000? If so, I think there is definitely improvement as far as engagement goes.

    For example, one of my fan pages right now has over 50k Likes and has over 65k people "talking about it". In the past week it had a post reach of over 650,000 people. I had tons of people engaging and interacting on this page recently. Lot's of comments, shares & likes.

    How many times a day do you post?
    What do you post? Mostly images or text?
    What types of images do you post?

    You want to switch things up. Photos may get more shares, but Facebook gives a lot of credit to comments. You'll be surprised when a post with hundreds of comments and only 2 shares, has a higher audience than a photo with over 400 shares and few comments.

    Did started a Facebook ad campaign or have bought the likes form a service to get 3000 likes?

      Buying thousands of likes will not work, they are usually bots and will not interact with your page. I agree with the previous members saying that you could post more often, and not only offers but maybe something funny, something they would like to comment on. Comments are very important.

      I believe in quality over quantity. Sometimes with a smaller number of fans you will get better results with thousands of unresponsive ones.

    I figured the OP was running ads to get the Likes. If in fact he bought them via Fiverr or something similar, then yes that is the problem right there.

    OP, let us know if you ran ads or purchased them from a company of some sort.

    Ask a question to get people to comment. Don't do it every post but maybe every 2-3 days.

    Something like: What type of dog do you have and whats their name?

    If you buy likes from fiverr, they can never be helpful in making money or marketing purpose, but if you spend on facebook ads and target custom audience then you will get more likes cheaper than $100 and these likes will give good outcome.

    At first you need to post on your page and its urgent to show on fans wall. Many Facebook fan page owners struggle to get more of their fans to see their posts in the news feed. On average, most Facebook page posts reach a mere 16% of fans in their news feed. Here are some ways to reach more of your Facebook fans in the news feed.


    • Track timing and frequency of your posts to find your own sweet spot.
