In my experience (and I have searched for this a lot), I have not seen anywhere that you pay for likes and actually get real likes with people who will actually interact with and reshare your content. I think the best thing to do is get real likes by running the ad. Then when you have a decent amount of people be sure to post things that will be reposted. If you need a boost run some sort of contest that fans enter by sharing your page. Also, don't forget to use hastags. People will find you this way!
