Anyone Ever Outsourced Youtube Videos?

Video is becoming (and has been) becoming bigger and bigger.

My question is this... has anyone ever actually outsourced the entire process of making youtube videos and how do you go about it?

This would be useful to know, especially if you have multiple websites in a ton of different niches.

Do you use the same youtube account? Do you have one dedicated person? Are they talking head videos, or powerpoint slide style?

Love to hear tips and tricks on this and where to get it done successfully.

I know that on Fiverr people are

willing to do videos for you.

You should have a differnet channel for each niche.

Images should be used also in the video to illustrate and

help those who are more visual.

    Hi,

I have done that and in fact been on both sides of the table. I have seen clients who are into affiliate marketing use the same youtube channel to promote products and services from across the spectrum but that are within the scope of internet marketing. I have seen a few of my clients that are mostly into niche websites, who get a lot of videos done for a particular niche and then try and establish the channel as a informational/educational hub that does a lot of soft selling.

Thus I feel it's about knowing what you want the channel to do more than anything else. For example if you want to put up a video for a new IM launch that is happening it might not make sense to have a separate channel for it. It can fit right into your existing marketing channel.

Same goes with what videos work for you, testing is the key.

    Hope that helps.

The best thing to do is, have a standard system for video editing and hire someone to follow the system to create videos for you.

That's what I do. I record the content as audio and pass the mp3 to my team. They create the final video. I have a standard system for video creation which my video editor follows. The system helps maintain the quality every time, even if the video is edited by someone else.

You can find a sample video below and you can find more samples of my videos by clicking the YT button below my name on the left hand side.

For different niches, I use different youtube accounts. Since the team handles the editing, all I need to focus on is to create the voice over. Even though I can make computer generated voice overs, I choose to record my own voice.

    Google number 1
    YouTube number 2

So it has always been big and getting bigger like you said.

Most people outsource their video project from script writing, buying pictures, voiceover and ranking, it's not new at all.

Outsourcing YouTube videos is a fantastic idea if you're willing to invest into it.

Also, if you can have an Industry Specific YouTube channel where you are posting videos on a regular basis...

You can build a massive following on You-Tube, get people to subscribe to your channel, and make a TON of cash through their partner program.

I know some guys who make Call of Duty videos everyday and bring in over $100,000/year from the Partner Program. It's insane.

    Enjoy!

I did a few years back but couldn't get the quality I wanted for the price I wanted to pay, so, I created my own, they converted very well, so, offered them for sale on here first, now I make a full time living with them.

If you don't mind being in front of the camera, simple webcam videos can work really well, or you could outsource this on fiverr, they're pretty hit and miss though.

on fiverr there are really great people, who creates really fast videos.
some videos can be created without voiceover and are still very

appealing for buyers. It is better to have a different accoutn for every niche. But if there is a need, one can have more different acount for one niche. It depens

One of the reasons why I was thinking of putting all the videos from my websites on one account was so I could benefit from the Youtube partner program. From my basic understanding of it, you are only allowed to have one youtube account, and if they found out, they ban you from it altogether.

Though I could see it being problematic if competition wanted to snipe my own niches, but not too worried on that account - since I am not planning on really doing any videos related to marketing so maybe they won't find me... lol

You are right. In fact there is a link inside your youtube account which creates a new account with one click of a button.

Youtube became much more flexible and fun to do marketing on.

Well, I have been on the other side of the table for some time now. I create many videos for my clients each and every single month. Hopefully will be able some value to this thread here.

First of all I would like to thank you to bringing this thread and Spencer Jones for his nice reply below. That I think is one of the most cost effective and efficient way of going about creating videos if you are concentrating on a niche or brand and will have multiple products/videos in that niche.

When it comes to outsourcing please be realistic with your expectations and make sure the communication goes through to the video creator properly. It's always a good idea to check the video creators portfolio and find something that you can use as a baseline. Any video creator would love to share his work with you. Moreover that itself clears a lot of stuff in the creators mind regarding what you would like to see. If you don't like anything, find a video that you like, share with your video guy and ask him to improve on that while keeping the good elements intact. He should be able to take it forward from there.

Also please be very clear about the time of delivery. Sometimes seemingly simple things may take hours together to be perfected and this very much prevalent when creating videos.

          Hope that helps.

          Thanks

We used Fiverr several times. Worked not bad.

Then we came across OrdeYourVideo.com - a template based videos with your data (texts, images, short video clips). Now we use it together with Fiverr. Order videos from OrdeYourVideo.com and order voiceover from Fiverr.

You can outsource videos. USing fiverr is the best option but make sure that you write the script or at least coordinate it because you don1t want to leave to luck whether they include the keywords in there or not.

Youtube now includes their speech to text software generated closed captions as a factor in rankings.

Also you want to create a new channel for every niche you venture into. It is just a click from your existing youtube account so you don't have to worry about creating a new one.

I outsourced a couple of business/advert-styled videos to a guy on Fiverr, I dont remember his name but from what I remember he was based in the Czech Republic. Really good quality and it was quite cheap.
