How long for FB ads to get started?

My ads have already been approved, but it's been almost 3 hours and my ads haven't "reached" anyone yet and I haven't been charged yet either. I know it takes time and I'm probably just anxious for it to get started but how long does it take until I start seeing results? I'm only spending $5 a day for a week. And my goal is to get people to my facebook page and hopefully get likes. My ad is super targeted too so hopefully I see some results soon!

How is it going so far? Did you reach anyone?
I guess $5/day is quite low to get good results.
