question about youtube marketing

As non native English speaker how can i statrt you tube marketing..... i can make videoscribe or presentation style video. But, voice is main problem for me. Yes it is possible to outsource in fiverr. But, it is costly when i am thinking about large quantity videos.

What you suggest...
1. To buy a voice over software like natural reader and make unlimited video.
2. Or to reduce the number of videos........
