Social media for a promotional strategy

Hi Everybody,


Im doing a consulting project for school and was wondering if social media would be a great promotional strategy? It's based on a product that cleans phones(sanitize) and has quality speakers. The target market tends to be middle class and well educated people. I'm not sure if it would be great since I wanted to do something real effective. one of my group members suggested"you might propose that we run google ads to ________ keywords starting with a _____ budget to test the ads, demographics, etc, and scale it up _____% each month as its successful".

    So your are a consultant and people pays you for information?
    A project for the school? School and cleaning phones?
    a product that cleans phone? I believe is liquid? Why would it have quality speakers?

      It's non-paid. I can't go into detail because i'll get in trouble but it's non liquid and it's basically new safe technology that is proven to be safe. It can clean any product but it's mostly targeted for phone users. The reason why it has speakers is because you can charge your phone, listen to music, and have your phone clean all at the same time.
