Hello, I am going to start a new facebook page and twitter. My question is how can I get likes and followers from targeted audience?

    People will follow you as long as you are providing them with good information and you point them in the direction of your Facebook Page and Twitter Page.

    There is no way to get lots of followers quickly (real ones anyway)

    It will take time like building an email list but it will be worth it in the end.

    Yeah it's pretty much like building and monetizing an e-mail list, your likes are basically like an e-mail optin, just don't forget about Facebook EdgeRank though, you need to create engagement (likes, comments, shares).

    For Facebook, you run highly targeted ads. Don't listen to the people saying they'll give you thousands of likes for $5. Those are fake and they are just promoting their own service. Fake Likes will never convert and make you money.

    You want TARGETED like you said...so run ads on Facebook to build your targeted audience.

    There's two ways broadly speaking; reach out for influence i.e friend/follow and the less desirable way, pay for fans/followers.

    Both work, obviously the first is the best way but the second taps into the age old practice in Marketing of buying customers.
