Enlightment please: Are the FB Fan-gates Legal?
I want to drive audience to my brand new shining FB fan page and I thought of setting up a fan-gate. I was reading all the blogs and I can't work out if fan-gates are in compliance with FB's T&C?
Kind of FB doesn't let you use their functionality (Likes, Shares) together with your business promotions. But some people say it is OK to use apps. Now if somebody Likes your fan gate, he is still using FB's functionality. I am confused at this point.
