Facebook Ads account banned

So, facebook has banned my ad account and the reason is due payments. It's been 3 months that the account is banned. I was wondering If I could open a new facebook account and add the same paypal account but with different Credit card ?

Not sure but I think they are smart in keeping the previous information about your paypal account.
You might need a new one or consider alternative to adsense.

So, can I use my completely new debit card directly? How old my account should be, to be able to use Facebook's ad service ?

"With all new information" you meant I should change everything from my name to my age ? I have a Visa Debit card, so, isn't it a problem if I use it on a different account having different name ?

      Unless I'm misunderstanding something.

Strange that others are advising you to behave like a crook and encouraging you to try and "get around it".

Yeah! I owe them money, I'm ready to pay the due ($9) but they are not accepting it. The account has been blocked.

Very odd how they won't take your money. Is there no way to directly contact Facebook customer service (for their ad department) to resolve this issue? For such a public company, Facebook is being elusive when dealing with advertisers.

Facebook is notorious for screwing up, which is why I asked if he actually owed them the money. Apparently he does but they won't let him pay. Since FB is so difficult to deal with, I have no problem helping people get around their nonsense.

One Question : It's the first time I have contacted Facebook, so I don't know much time they take to reply to your query. It's been 2 days already that they haven't replied. I contacted them through facebook's Help desk by sending my documents to reactivate ad account.

It usually takes them about 2-3 days to respond. My account kept getting blocked because of fraud detection(payment is from a different country than ads IP). I usually just click on the link on the message and file the contact form and they will unblock it.

    Ok,

this is the real solution to your issue.

    1) You need to use different IP address.
    2) You need to use different card.
    3) You need to use different paypal
    4) You need to alter all the previous info as much as possible.

If you follow the above 4, you will pass them.

    Good Luck

Does anyone know if the billing zip code of the credit card has to match the zip code of the town your IP is in? Or does it just have to be the same country? I am using proxies in a different town than my cc's bill to and I'm wondering if i'm going to get banned?

    Facebook is not calf
They keep previous record. So it is better to create a new account with a new Paypal or Credit Card.
