Ugh, FB now showing competitor pages when a fan likes your page's posts

I just noticed it today.

Let's say you just post something for your fans. A fan "likes" the post. Well FB now shows a list of similar pages to yours as soon as the fan likes the post.

Great. Free advertising to competitor pages because I generated high engagement on my posts. What a joke.

  Give it a shot. Post something from one of your brand pages and then like it. You'll see your competitors' pages show up below the post.

Yes it happens....Facebook makes these recommendations organically based on location, category and other pages that fans of one page also Like.
